- Grade 14 concealed polymer bearing self-lubricating satin stainless steel hinges.
- Fire rated, CE Marked / UKCA Marked and Certifire approved.
- These Hi-Load hinges have been designed and tested for high use, heavy commercial grade doors
- Designed to "Fit and Forget" these hinges have excellent wear-ability with self-lubricating polymer bearings.
- Tested and passed to British standard EN.1935 2002 overall grade 14.
- Tested to grade 7 door mass suitable for doors up to 160kg in weight.
- The bearing avoid metal to metal movement by using polymer bushes in the knuckle, impregnated with a specially formulated lubricant, This construction eliminates the wear and regular maintenance required by other types of hinge.
