  • Contact & order details — name, email, phone, billing/delivery address, and order history when you buy or enquire.
  • Account & trade details — company name, trade references and credit information where you apply for a trade account.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location (used to surface our nearest showroom).
  • Usage data — pages visited and products viewed, to improve the site.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide quotations and scheduling, answer enquiries, manage trade accounts, prevent fraud, and — where you've agreed — send you news and offers. We do not sell your personal data.

We process data to perform our contract with you (orders and accounts), for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the site, fraud prevention), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent for marketing — which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only with the providers needed to run the business — payment processors (including Klarna and Shop Pay), couriers for delivery, and IT/hosting providers — all bound to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.
