Eclisse Fire Rated Sliding Pocket Door System - Double Fire Door FD30 Kit - 120mm Finished Wall Thickness

• Eclisse double sliding pocket door gear system for use with FD30 rated fire double doors.

• Double door kit allows for bi-parting fire rated doors.

• This FD30 Pocket Door System has been fully tested in the UK by EXOVA Ltd, a laboratory based testing company, and certified by International Fire Consultants Group Ltd to BS476: Part 22:1987. Field of Application Report no. PAR/10057/01 Revision B.

• Suitable for use with 30 minute (half hour - FD30) wooden fire doors only.

• Allows double doors to slide into "pockets" within the wall cavity.

• Each set includes all the main components needed to install long lasting, smooth running double sliding fire door including steel wrapped studs used to create the wall cavity or "pocket" for the doors to slide into.

• This high quality sliding door gear is suitable for residential and commercial applications. The unique design allows doors 45mm thick to be installed with a finished wall of 120mm.

• Supplied as a kit to create the pockets, which can be fully fitted in under 60 minutes by a skilled installer.

• Suitable for use with timber fire rated doors only - please note doors are not included and must be purchased elsewhere.

• Unlike other pocket door systems on the market the Eclisse fire rated system comes supplied complete with timber jambs and architraves.

• This system comes supplied with all the necessary intumescent strips required for installation. 

• Please refer to the "Field of Application Report" (available in the downloads section) and your building inspector with respect to whether installation of the self-closing mechanism is required for your application.

Dimensions - Frame Sizes & Door Kit Sizes Available

• Please note fire-board (fire rated plasterboard) is not provided with this kit and must be bought separately.

• The frame is 70mm and requires two layers of 12.5mm fireboard either side to give a finished wall thickness of 120mm.
