  • Hi-load hinges designed and tested for high-use, heavy commercial-grade doors
  • Designed to "fit and forget", with excellent wear-ability from self-lubricating polymer bearings
  • Tested and passed to BS EN 1935:2002, overall grade 14
  • Tested to grade 7 door mass, suitable for doors up to 160kg
  • Polymer bushes in the knuckle, impregnated with a specially formulated lubricant, avoid metal-to-metal movement and remove the wear and regular maintenance needed by other types of hinge
