Satin nickel finish electro-magnetic door holder.
Flush mounted, back box is designed to be rebated into the wall.
The use of the Electro-magnetic door holder is the only safe and legally compliant way (with respect to ADM and BS 8300) to hold fire doors open within a building.
The Wall Magnet is also linked directly to the buildings Fire Detection system so that in the event of a fire, all doors are automatically released from the hold open position and shut to prevent the spread of fire and smoke throughout the building.
