Product Details

  • Single door self-closer mechanism (uncontrolled) with soft close damper and 24Vdc electro-magnetic hold open device.
  • Electro magnet is rebated into the back edge of the door.
  • When the door is pushed all the way back into the pocket the door will hold open.
  • Designed to be connected to a buildings fire alarm system, in the event of a fire the electro-magnet will release the door.
  • The electro-magnet can be overridden via switched fused spur or key switch for manual release.
  • For use with our range of adjustable double sliding pocket door kits and adjustable double FD30 fire rated pocket door kits only.
  • For double door kits please see product 44484.
  • Available in three variants:
    • For doors weighing up to 40kg in weight.
    • For doors weighing between 40kg - 80kg in weight.
    • For doors weighing between 80kg - 120kg in weight.
