Huskyfold 30kg - Bi-Folding Door Kit 2+0 For 2 Folding Doors

2+0 Bi-Folding Door Kit:

• Our Huskyfold 30 - 2+0 kit is supplied with the hardware for 2 folding doors.
• Two doors fold together to one side of the opening.
• Please see the layout drawing in the image gallery for the position of the pivots, hangers, hinges and flush bolts.

Maximum Door Sizes (Per Door Leaf):

• Door weight - 30kg
• Door width - 850mm
• Door height - 2700mm
• Door thickness - 20mm to 44mm
• Door material - Timber / wooden doors only - suitable for internal use.

Track Length:

• Supplied with 1 x 1800mm length track.

Features:

• Versatile - ideal for wardrobes, cupboards and folding room dividers. Doors stack neatly to one or both sides of the opening.
• No guide channel - no floor channel is needed, leaving a clear, level walkway between rooms.
• Easy to install - the spring-loaded top pivot and fast-fix hanger bracket make positioning and hanging the doors quick and simple. No routing is required, making it ideal for DIY projects as well as professional installations.
• Smooth & quiet - durable nylon rollers give a smooth, quiet action.
• Neat finish - the concealed bottom pivot is hidden from view and the hinges allow minimal clearance between the door panels.
• Tested to BS EN 1527.

Door To Jamb Clearance (X):

• Doors 0 - 35mm thick - 6mm clearance.
• Doors 36 - 40mm thick - 8mm clearance.
• Doors 41 - 44mm thick - 10mm clearance.

Flush Bolts:

• This 2+0 configuration requires 1 flush bolt - flush bolts are not included and must be purchased separately.
