These products are usually available direct from our office stock with a delivery time of 1 - 5 working days.
To Order Items:
Some items we show on our website, we do not keep in stock.
These products are usually in stock at our suppliers and normally only take 48 hours for us to order in. Once we receive the delivery to our office the items will be placed on a next working day delivery and sent to you.
Please note some items are sourced from abroad and may have longer lead times from suppliers, please see the "Delivery time and availability" tab on each individual product for lead times.
Special Order Items:
These products are usually made to order; items such as kick plates, step covers, some English made items and products with special finishes.
Delivery times for special order items can vary between 7 days to 4 weeks, please see the "Delivery time and availability" tab on each individual product for lead times. Once we receive the special order products to our office the items will be placed on a next working day delivery and sent to you.
Mixed orders of Stock Items / To Order Items / Special Order Items
If you order a mixture of stock items, to order items and special order items we will wait until all your items are in and ready for dispatch before sending. If you require some of the items sooner please call or email us and we can arrange a separate delivery. Please note an additional carriage charge may be applied.
Out of stock items and back orders:
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will place the item on back order and notify you of the expected delivery date. During this time you have the right to:
Select another item that is in stock.
Have the other items from your order sent out, and the back order items sent to you on a next working day delivery as soon as they arrive to us at our office.
Cancel your order.

What if Iââ¬â¢m out or miss the delivery?
Courier drivers will leave a card to let you know they have attempted to deliver. The courier will then try to redeliver your parcel the next day. After three failed attempts your order will be sent back to us.

Royal Mail, for both 1st Class and Special Delivery if you miss the delivery your postman will leave a card explaining how you can arrange re-delivery or collect from your local sorting office.
Can you send my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes we can send to a different delivery address, you will be given the option when you check out to enter these details.
You will also be given an opportunity to enter special instructions or details if your property is difficult to find or if you would like us to leave your parcel with a specific neighbour if youââ¬â¢re not in when the delivery is made.
Missing or Damaged Items:
Please note all orders must be checked upon delivery, any shortages or damaged items must be notified within 48 hours.
